1. Introductory Provisions

These Terms and Conditions govern the rights and obligations between the Seller and the Buyer when purchasing goods through the website

The Buyer is a natural or legal person who places an order through the online store https://www.sashe.sk/byPetka.


2. Order and Conclusion of the Contract
An order placed through the e-shop constitutes a proposal to conclude a purchase contract. The purchase contract is formed upon confirmation of the order by the seller.

The seller reserves the right to refuse an order in the event of an obvious error in the price or unavailability of the goods. The buyer will be informed of such a fact without delay.

3. Prices and Payment Terms

All prices include VAT (unless you are a VAT payer) and are final.

4. Delivery Terms

Items are usually in stock and are shipped within 3 business days of payment receipt.

Items are insured during shipping. In the event of damage to the shipment during transit, we will provide a replacement or a new item.

For personalized products (e.g., with a name or date), the delivery time may vary—specific information is listed for each product or agreed upon individually.

5. Withdrawal from the Contract (Return of Goods)

The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason within 14 days of receiving the goods. The goods must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

Exceptions to the right of withdrawal:
It is not possible to withdraw from the contract for custom-made or personalized goods (e.g., with a name, date, etc.).

In the event of withdrawal, the amount paid will be refunded to the buyer no later than 14 days after the seller receives the returned goods.

The buyer bears the costs of returning the goods.

6. Complaints

The buyer is required to inspect the goods immediately upon delivery. If the goods are damaged or defective, the buyer has the right to file a complaint.


The warranty period for the goods is 24 months, unless otherwise stated.
Complaints may be submitted in writing via email to bypetka@gmail.com. Please include the following in your message:

order number
description of the problem

photos of the defect, if applicable The complaint
will be processed within 30 days at the latest.

8. Final Provisions
These Terms and Conditions are effective as of July 16, 2025. The Seller reserves the right to amend these terms, and the current version is always available on the e-shop website.
